This joint event run by SPE Aberdeen and the Energy Institute Aberdeen Highlands & Islands branch, backed by POWERful Women aims to debate these issues. Plus, how this in turn will enable us to establish a more diverse and inclusive culture within the energy industry, with a focus on talent retention and skills for the future.
